Discover Touring With The Caravan Club

The Caravan Club

Where Can I Stay

There are thousands of glorious destinations to choose from, for that perfet holiday.

All have their enthusiasts, from families who want entertainment laid on, with bars and restaurants, to couples who want to escape the pressures of a busy life in a rural retreat.

Caravan Club Sites

The Caravan Club has a dedicated network of sites for caravans and motorhomes in almost every imaginable corner of the country, from peaceful green parks where you can get away from it all, to city locations, ideal as a base from which to explore. Some are quite large, with dozens of pitches, their own tarmac roads, with posh loos and showers. The sites are all immaculately maintained and well screened by trees and plants. It's more than likely you've passed close by many sites without even being aware of their existence.

Certificated Locations

At the other end of the scale are the Caravan Club Certificated Locations (CLs), which are small rural retreats with no more than five tourers allowed at any one time. They are privately owned sites, and ideal for a peaceful break.

You’ll find CLs all around the UK from farms to boatyards, historic estates to sporting clubs and next to pubs.

All CLs provide the essentials: fresh water, chemical disposal and dry rubbish disposal and about 40% have electric hook-up, plus local produce is always nearby.

Holiday parks

Holiday parks are often very well-equipped with facilities to make sure all the family has a great holiday. They often include indoor leisure pools, sports courts and kids play areas and are very family orientated with crèches for younger family members and night-clubs for teenagers.

Investing for the future

As caravanning becomes more popular, caravan sites spring up to satisfy demand. Millions of pounds are spent each year developing new sites, often using the latest environmentally friendly, energy efficient technology.
